We shoot at 7:00pm on Wednesday evenings from the first week of February through to the last week of November, at 90R Wellington St, Howick (Domain), Auckland.
Doors open at 7:00pm, practice/sighting starts promptly and finishes at about 7:30 so that we can continue with the proper shoot.
Manukau Sporting Rifle Club's standard target is a 4 position shoot, prone, kneeling, sitting and standing snap shot.
Novice shooters remain prone for the first few shoots so that they can become familiar with the operation of the rifle safely.
The Range is closed for maintenance during December and January. |
